About the Opportunity
FourFound is partnering on an exciting investment banking opportunity focused on the renewable energy and energy transition sectors.
The position offers exposure to both North American and Latin American markets. You will support the origination and execution of M&A, project finance and structured finance transactions across a diverse portfolio of renewable infrastructure assets.
Working directly alongside senior dealmakers, you will contribute to complex cross-border transactions and take on meaningful responsibility from day one.
What you will be working on
- Supporting the origination and execution of M&A, project finance and structured finance transactions
- Developing detailed financial models and valuations
- Preparing client presentations and transaction materials
- Supporting client-facing discussions and transaction workstreams
- Working across renewable energy, energy transition and infrastructure assets
- Contributing to cross-border transactions involving North America and Latin America
What we are looking for
- Three to seven or more years of investment banking experience
- Experience in M&A advisory, project finance or structured finance
- Knowledge of renewable energy, energy transition or infrastructure
- Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills
- Transaction execution and client-facing experience
- Fluent Spanish, which is essential
- Latin American transaction experience, which is highly advantageous
- Portuguese language skills, which would be beneficial
