Our Commitment
FourFound is committed to conducting business responsibly, ethically and with integrity. We do not tolerate modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour or exploitation within our business or the organisations and suppliers with which we work.
FourFound’s annual turnover is below the £36 million threshold at which organisations are legally required to publish a statement under Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. However, we have chosen to publish this voluntary statement because responsible recruitment and fair treatment are fundamental to the way we work.
Our Business
FourFound is a specialist recruitment business operating across Compute, Power, Finance and Construction. We connect businesses with permanent, contract, interim and executive-level professionals across the UK, United States and international markets.
Our work brings us into contact with clients, candidates, contractors, employees and service providers. We recognise our responsibility to remain alert to potential exploitation and to promote fair and transparent recruitment practices.
Responsible Recruitment
FourFound is committed to:
- Treating every candidate fairly and with respect
- Providing clear and accurate information about opportunities
- Never charging candidates a fee for finding them employment
- Taking reasonable steps to confirm identity and eligibility to work
- Remaining alert to signs of coercion, exploitation or unusual third-party involvement
- Working with reputable clients, suppliers and business partners
- Protecting candidates’ personal information
- Taking concerns about unethical employment practices seriously
We will not knowingly support any arrangement involving forced labour, unlawful recruitment fees, misleading working conditions or restrictions on an individual’s freedom.
Our Suppliers and Business Partners
As a professional services business, FourFound has a relatively limited supply chain. This includes technology providers, job advertising platforms, professional advisers, marketing services, office suppliers and recruitment partners.
We expect those with whom we work to comply with applicable employment and human rights legislation and to maintain appropriate ethical standards.
If concerns arise about a supplier, client or business partner, we will investigate them and take proportionate action. This may include requesting further information, requiring corrective measures or ending the relationship.
Awareness and Reporting Concerns
Our team is expected to understand FourFound’s commitment to ethical recruitment and remain alert to signs of exploitation. As the company develops, we will review the need for additional training, policies and formal reporting procedures.
Employees, candidates, clients, contractors and suppliers are encouraged to raise any concern about suspected modern slavery, human trafficking or unethical working practices with a FourFound director or their usual FourFound contact.
All genuine concerns will be taken seriously and handled sensitively.
Review
This voluntary statement will be reviewed regularly as FourFound grows and updated when necessary to reflect changes in our business, recruitment practices or legal responsibilities.
