FourFound began with a clear gap in the market. Data center and energy infrastructure businesses needed a recruitment partner with deeper sector knowledge, stronger local networks and a more focused approach to finding the people who could move projects forward.

FourFound was established by four partners with a shared vision: to build a specialist recruitment business serving the data center and energy infrastructure markets, grounded in trust, accountability and a commitment to delivering the right talent.

FourFound officially launched its contract division, expanding its ability to support time-critical projects with experienced interim and contract professionals across data centers, construction and energy infrastructure throughout the United States.

FourFound opened its first UK office with a team of six, creating a strong operational base to support its growing US recruitment business and provide clients with specialist search, delivery and contract recruitment services.

FourFound made its first US appointment, growing the business to a team of seven. This marked an important step in building a stronger local presence and expanding its relationships across the US data center market.

FourFound celebrates its first year with a team of 12 and 132 positions successfully filled. The milestone reflects a year of focused growth, strong client partnerships and consistent delivery across the data center and energy infrastructure markets.
